Residential inspections:

Our residential inspections include a visual and functional inspection of the following areas.

Structural: Foundation, Grading around the exterior of the structure, Drainage of the area around the house, The roof covering material and flashing, Attic structure, Attic insulation, Wall covering materials, Doors, Windows, Stairways, fireplace and chimney, Porch, Patio, Deck, Carport.

Electrical: Service entrance, Amperage, Wiring, Branch wiring, GFCI, AFCI, Ground, light fixtures and ceiling fans, Smoke detectors, Outlets.

HVAC: Furnace/Heating, Blowers, AC, AC plumbing, Cooling adequacy, Filters, Ducting, Cleanliness.

Plumbing: Supply Plumbing, Drain Plumbing, Fixtures, Water heater, Jacuzzi tub, Venting.

Appliances: Dishwasher, Disposal, Vent a hood, Range/Stovetop/Oven, Microwave, Vents and Heaters, Garage door openers, Dryer exhaust vent, Vacuum system, Refrigerator.

Optional systems: Sprinkler System, Pool, Shed/Shop, Water Well, Septic System.
